The artist, dressed in light summer clothes, looks at us questioningly with one blue eye and one green eye. For this self-portrait, Van Gogh used a cheap carrier cardboard on which he painted a layer of purple stripes. Unfortunately, the pigment has faded considerably over time and only vague pink stripes can be seen on the shoulders; Van Gogh's careful colour composition has been lost. Originally, the purple background would have contrasted with his yellow straw hat. The Self-Portrait decorative cushion is a bolster cushion with a digital print of Van Gogh's self-portrait. The cushion features pastel tones, which creates a calm yet sumptuous image that fits in any interior. It's a true eye-catcher! The Self-Portrait decorative cushion is made from 100% digitally printed slub cotton with a trim of velvet cord piping. The cushion has a diameter of 40 cm with a zip on the bottom and a resilient polyester inner cushion. It comes in blue, cream, red, burgundy, brown, yellow, orange, grey, black colour tones.
