At NT Deals, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • It must be in resellable condition

  • A proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please email us at info@ntdeals.com.au and our customer support team will assist you with the return process.

💡 Important Notes:

  • Returns due to change of mind (customer remorse) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a prepaid return label


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect


❌ Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Once your order is confirmed as being processed, cancellation is not possible

  • If the order has already been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are unable to make address changes after payment.

  • Extra postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests

  • In cases where the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or refused delivery, a refund minus postage and a 15% restocking fee may apply
