We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
It must be in resellable condition
A proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt)

Returns due to change of mind (customer remorse) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Return shipping for change-of-mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a prepaid return label
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Once your order is confirmed as being processed, cancellation is not possible
If the order has already been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Extra postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests
In cases where the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or refused delivery, a refund minus postage and a 15% restocking fee may apply
