Our speed skipping rope is built for competition with 2 quality ball bearings tucked inside a steel head for ultimate spinning. The rope itself is a 3m steel wire, wrapped in a soft TPU coating for long lasting durability. The 3m wire can be easily adjusted to suit your size. Our extra-long 7 inch handles are machined aluminium that come with excellent knurl gripping. This allows a comfortable but secure grip, so it won't slip out of your hands during use.
