Magnesium Chloride Flakes are a pure salt collected from evaporated saltwater from the Dead Sea, recognised for its therapeutic qualities. Magnesium is an essential building block of many of our body's processes, keeping heart function, immune response, brain and nerve function, energy production and many other critical functions running smoothly.

The skin is the most efficient way for the body to absorb magnesium to replenish the body's cellular magnesium levels.

Suggested Use of Magnesium Chloride Flakes

Dissolve two or more cups of Magnesium Chloride Flakes in a warm bath and soak for at least 20-30 minutes to allow the body to absorb the beneficial minerals. Half a cup of Magnesium Chloride Flakes also makes an effective foot bath.
