We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item in cases where you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase and wish to return the product. Cancellation and Return Policy:
We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working days after full payment is received. Once we confirm that your order is being processed, cancellation is not possible. The postage fee is non-refundable. Extra postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For defective products, a free return label will be provided. If you return an item due to a change of mind, a 15% re-stocking fee and any postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
