The storage container is constructed from food-grade ABS while the feeding bowl, with 304 Stainless Steel. Having the all-new enhanced impeller, not only is it more durable and reliable, but it also effectively prevents food from overflowing or being jammed. So it can use with multiple types of food (dry, air-dried, freeze-dried, kibble<12mm). It's also compatible with the app so that you can have full access and control! With duo lock systems specially designed to keep food fresh, you can have a more comprehensive food selection to ensure better quality in your pet's meals.
This new SOLO Smart feeder can connect to your phone via Wi-Fi(2.4GHz) and Bluetooth, giving a better linking experience. You can schedule feeding times and monitor food/device status with remote control! The Built-in emergency backup battery can cover power outages and ensures offline feeding.
The device can store 3 litres of pet food and personalise food portions from 5g to 50g. The lid and food dispenser door contains a silicone sealing ring and a pack of silica crystals which guarantees freshness.
Not only is this feeder convenient for your pet, but it's also easy to detach and be hand-washed, allowing a quick and easy clean!

Cancellation and Return Policy:

We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working days after full payment is received. Once we confirm that your order is being processed, cancellation is not possible. The postage fee is non-refundable. Extra postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as address changes cannot be made after payment.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For defective products, a free return label will be provided. If you return an item due to a change of mind, a 15% re-stocking fee and any postage costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that some products may become undeliverable once processing starts. In such cases, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.
