The cover is made to be easily removed for convenient cleaning. Just use the zipper and it can be removed like a regular human pillow and you can wash it normally.

You can just throw it in the washing machine since it is washing machine friendly. Wash with cold water and do not tumble dry, it is recommended to hand wash it for a longer lifespan.
