Digital Scale 40kg Letter Postal Postage Parcel Weighing Scales
At Randy Travis Machinery, we have found the ultimate postage scales for your home office. If you have a small business that sends its products out to customers, calculating postage can feel tedious and stressful without the right equipment. Our digital scale allows you to weigh small letters, parcels and large boxes all on the same device, and can handle packages weighing up to 40kg. This saves you from having to have multiple scales for different-sized packages, giving you more time to invest back into your business.
We know that when you work from home, space is precious. Our scale is compact so you can easily store it in between uses or designate a permanent space on your desk for it. It has large buttons and a clear digital display, making it quick and easy to weigh your parcel and have accurate information when paying for postage.
You can use the scales with an AC power adaptor (not included) or, if you are short on outlets, 4 standard AA batteries (not included). To save on power, the scales will automatically turn themselves off after a period of inactivity. The weighing scales measure 26.5cm (L) x 22cm (W) x 6.5cm (H), keeping them compact if you are short on desk space. They weigh just 1.3kg too, making them easy to move around your home office space. When you move the scales to another surface, they will auto-calibrate to give you an accurate reading. The display is backlit to make it easier to distinguish each weight as well.
For parcels weighing up to 5kg, it has 5g readability and for heavier parcels weighing up to 40kg, it has 10g readability. An item should weigh at least 5g for the scale to register an accurate reading. For the larger parcels that obscure the display, you can use the auto hold feature from 10g and upwards. It comes with an overload indicator and an adjustable holder for parcel tubes.

The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items.

Cancellation and Return Policy:
We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working days after full payment is received. Once we confirm that your order is being processed, cancellation is not possible. The postage fee is non-refundable. Extra postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as address changes cannot be made after payment.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For defective products, a free return label will be provided. If you return an item due to a change of mind, a 15% re-stocking fee and any postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that some products may become undeliverable once processing starts. In such cases, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Delivery typically takes 2-14 business days. We recommend providing a valid contact number for delivery follow-up. Items will be sent via Australia Post or a courier, depending on size and weight.
