Handling Time:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after cleared payment is received, consistent with the handling time displayed on the listing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times:
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 1–7 business days for metropolitan areas and 3–14 business days for regional areas. Please also refer to any estimated delivery dates displayed on the listing or at checkout. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, courier delays and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Orders are sent via Australia Post or a courier, depending on the product, delivery location and service specified in the listing. Please provide a valid contact number for delivery enquiries.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order details so we can investigate with the delivery provider and help resolve the issue.

Cancellations & Address Changes:
Please check the product details, quantity and delivery address carefully before purchasing. If you need to cancel an order or correct an address, contact us immediately using the contact or messaging option on your order. We will check whether the warehouse can stop processing or dispatch, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address recorded on your order. An address correction may require cancellation and a new purchase with the correct address, where cancellation is still possible.

If delivery fails because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or a parcel is not collected, please contact us. Any proposed re-delivery charges will be explained and agreed with you before re-delivery is arranged, subject to applicable law and the rules governing your order.

Before Returning Any Item:
For all return requests, including change-of-mind returns, please use the return option on your order, if available, or contact us with your order details and the reason for your return before posting anything back. We will review your request and provide the appropriate solution, including return instructions and the correct return address where a return is required.

Please do not send items to our business address or the address printed on the parcel without confirming the return instructions, as the correct return warehouse may be different. If return instructions have already been provided through your order's return process, please follow those instructions.

This process does not limit your consumer rights or extend any return or buyer-protection deadlines. Please submit your request within the applicable timeframe.

Change-of-Mind Returns:
We accept change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery. Please check the product's measurements, specifications, colour, suitability and compatibility before purchasing.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition, with all parts, accessories and manuals included. Please contact us or submit a return request before arranging return freight so we can confirm the correct return address and instructions.

The buyer is responsible for change-of-mind return postage unless the return policy displayed on the listing offers free returns. Return freight for large or heavy products can be substantial. Please package returns securely and retain tracking and proof of postage.

Change-of-Mind Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee, calculated on the returned item's purchase price after discounts, applies only where permitted by the rules governing your order and applicable law. No restocking fee will be charged where those rules prohibit it. Any applicable fee will be confirmed when your return is arranged.

Any original delivery charge separately paid at checkout is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law and the rules governing your order. For items sold with free shipping, we will not make an additional deduction for our original dispatch cost.

If an item is returned used, damaged or incomplete, any deduction for lost value will only be made where permitted by applicable law and the rules governing your order. We will not make duplicate deductions for the same loss or apply prohibited fees.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not-as-Described Items:
If there is a problem with your item, please contact us with your order details so we can arrange an appropriate solution. Photos of the item, packaging and shipping label can help us investigate.

Please contact us or submit a return request before arranging return freight. Where a return is required for a faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described item, we will cover return postage or arrange collection. No restocking fee applies.

These change-of-mind return conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or applicable buyer protections. Original packaging is not required for faulty-product claims.

NOTE FROM SELLER

Direct from Manufacturers & Suppliers:
We source our products directly from approved manufacturers and suppliers to offer quality products at competitive prices.

Shipping Locations & Stock Availability:
NT Deals is based in Wellard, Western Australia. Products are dispatched directly from supplier warehouses in various locations across Australia. Please refer to the product listing for specific dispatch information. Delivery is available to eligible Australian addresses, subject to the restrictions below.

Stock availability may change before order processing is completed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

No Pickup Available:
All orders are delivery only. We do not offer customer pickup or collection from our business address or supplier warehouses.
