This mild version of Sleep formulation is designed for kids (infants up to 12 year old) to get into sleep faster and have better quality of sleep. It calms the hyper active sympathetic nervous system of some children and serves to relax and calm them down. Studies shows that inhalation of small quantities of the combined essential oils will improve the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) and non-REM sleep. This leads to a refreshing sleep in the case of mild insomnia. For hyper active little mind, this blend gives well balanced soothing effects when the physical status requires good rest and a high quality sleep.
