Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working days after full payment is received. Once we confirm that your order is being processed, cancellation is not possible. The postage fee is non-refundable. Extra postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as address changes cannot be made after payment.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For defective products, a free return label will be provided. If you return an item due to a change of mind, a 15% re-stocking fee and any postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
