Gel sole feature a dual gel to effectively absorb micro shocks and help reduce excessive pressure of walking or daily activities. The firmer gel provides impact cushioning for heels, knees& ankles.

Instructions for use:

Trim ti fit if necessary. Cut along the outline that matches your shoe size or use your original insole as a guide.
For best results, remove the existing insole and replace it with this Gel Sole energizing insert with the gel side down.
Replace the insoles when showing signs of wear. (Every 6 months is recommended)
