Cancellation and Return Policy:

We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working days after full payment is received. Once we confirm that your order is being processed, cancellation is not possible. The postage fee is non-refundable. Extra postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For defective products, a free return label will be provided. If you return an item due to a change of mind, a 15% re-stocking fee and any postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
